The French Government announced today that in light of the Madrid bombing,
France has raised its terror alert level from "run" to "hide." The only two
higher levels in France are "surrender" and "collaborate."

"Collaborate" appears out of order. This phase began with
the Oil For Food program. I'm looking forward to the
audit results this summer, the U.N., French and Russians
are not.

Yeah, I guess the USA was really stupid to spend all of that money trying to
defend itself from crappy Soviet Union equipment, right? At any rate, HECTOP

Actually at any rate I'm glad for aviation achievments either American,
Russian or Chinese, as well as I'm as a pilot realize that aviation safety
is not something to make fun of, because it affects everyone pretty much the
same, and everyone wants to live to fly another day whether they're
Cardassian or Ferengi, ooops, excuse me while I take that subspace call.
