Asked in free.uk.armed-forces.royal-navy which seems to be dead:
A few years ago an RN Commander (or Captain?) ran his ship aground (near
Oz, I think). He was court martialled. I want to read about him and
the incident, bur I cannot remember his name for Googling. If anyone
knows what I'm talking about I'll be grateful to be told who he was.
