Greetings fellow pilots and aviation supporters,
On behalf of the University of Illinois Flying Team, I would like to
extend an invitation to a special aviation event.
On April 18, 2004, the Flying Team, in conjunction with the Chanute Air
Museum, will be hosting a Fly-In/Drive-In Pancake Breakfast. The doors
will open at 7:30AM and breakfast will be served until noon. The requested
donation of $7 includes all-you-can-eat breakfast, as well as admission to
the Chanute Air Museum. There is ample parking for aircraft or
automobiles.
The Rantoul Air Center (KTIP) is located approximately 16NM
north-northeast of Champaign, IL. Fuel and FBO services are available
through Precision Aviation, and the airport is served by both VOR and GPS
approaches.
This event serves as the Flying Team's primary annual fundraiser, and will
assist with expenses for our trip to the National SAFECON (Aviation
competition) this April in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. The Flying Team is a
not-for-profit organization. If you have any questions, please feel free
to respond to this e-mail or call. (Remove NOSPAM in e-mail below)
Thank you for your support,
