I just updated an Oudie and all worked OK. Try a different browser. 4.51.004

Sean - I assume you are talking about the 4.5 update. Some significant changes in this release.

No problems getting it installed for 4.5 or any of the previous updates. Maybe your download was bad for some reason. Try, try again!

Poke around on http://forum.naviter.com to see if others are having issues and/or post a message.

Let us know what you find. Good luck.

Hi Sean,

Did you copy the file to the root directory of the Oudie or try to run it on
your PC? You must either copy it to the root directory of the Oudie or put
it in the top level directory of a microSD memory card. Then reboot the
Oudie.

Make sure the file name has not changed. Last time I downloaded through chrome twice and it labeled the file as a copy with a (1) added in it would not load.

For me, I tried to download it DIRECTLY to the root of the oudie, and when updating, it said it was corrupt. However I tried downloading it to my hard drive, then copying to the oudie, and that worked fine. Maybe that's it

I think that Paul may be on to something. If you run the EXE on your computer you do get Sean's exact error message, "...<blah> is not a valid Win32 application."
