OLC 2013 season ended?

Looks like the 2014 season has started one week early. According to the published rules, the last day of the 2013 season was suppose to be the 2nd Monday of October, not the first Monday.

Maybe they looked at some sort of "accountant's calendar" that has the last tow days of September in the block for "October"? I see they have it fixed now, and the 2013 season is still underway.
