Hello,I am new to the site and my first time posting...My question is on the 1991 Seahawker Amphibian...I bought one today:Now i read all this bad about it on the 'glass goose'site tearing it to shreds!it cannot be that bad!I think they may be wanting to push their new kit(if they are even still around today 10/2013)I find it hard to believe it was that evil,,even to call it a 'flying coffin"!Really??Was it that bad???I own a composites shop, and marina, and can make any mods needed,,i can check and see if the bonding was done correctly ,even if I have to do a core and then repair,,im in the business...Im wanting to install a 0 470 continental in it as well if it can be made to take it ok...SOOOooo...my questions is:What are all the goods and bads out there about it,that anyone knows of?did i just waste my money? Is it going to try to kill me??lol..no really! Also I cannot find a whole lot on it ,as well as does anyone know of any groups, clubs, websites, phone numbers or shoe sizes of anyone else messing with the Seahawker,,,Thanks,,I look for ward to being here

This group used to be very active, but has all but died out over the past
years. You may get lucky and find someone that checks in that knows
something about the subject, but probably not. Better off to find your
answer elsewhere.
