Per AW&ST
G.E. and Honda are putting together a compnay to manufacture and sell
the HF118 turbofan designed by Honda and will jointly certify.
Prototype is 1,670 lb thrust, but can be scaled from 1,350 to 2,500
lb thrust.
Cost will be well 'under' $500,000 a copy.
Specs:
17.4 in diam
two stage compressor
two stage turbine
54.5 in long
bypass ratio 2.9
fuel consumption at cruise is 0.75lb/hr/lb
dry weight is 392 lb
Prices and size are getting down where it is almost economical to use
in home built.

I wonder how much the PW610F's and PW615F's are going to cost?

Geez man, just look in the Yellow Pages under "Engines, Aircraft" and
call your local outlet store to ask. :-p
