View Full Version : PowerFlarm Support in the US???

February 25th 14, 12:32 AM
If a PowerFlarm Core does not appear to be transmitting correctly (antennas have been checked, etc.) where can one send the unit and get support in the US? Does it need to go back to Germany? Has anyone ever sent their PowerFlarm Core in to have it checked out...

Thanks

Rex Mayes at Williams Soaring in CA has been providing support in the US, but I would first talk to the vendor who sold it to you for help and guidance...
Thx-Renny

Our Technician, Bill Farnsworth is back in the shop after a serious illness..
His absence has caused a bit of a backlog and delayed turnaround but he will be caught up shortly. Please contact me at Williams Soaring 530 473 5600 or rexatwilliamssoaring.com if you are having issues with your PowerFlarm. We are working with Powerflarm to be able to provide better repair service..
