View Full Version : F8's flarm antennas?
The centerfold picture of JS1 F8 in March '14 Soaring is certainly an outstanding picture. Great job Antonio Gemma More'!
Never seen a flarm antennae that large...it looks like a miniature Washington monument. A better mouse trap? What's the 411?
Wonder if anyone has had success mounting a flarm antenna in the vertical fin?

It is a thin wall vacuum-formed plastic cover that allows the dipole Flarm antenna to be nicely mounted. Antonio More' is a local univeristy student with a passion for aviation photography - will pass on the compliment.

The JS factory has an option to mount the Flarm "B" antenna in the vertical stabilizer. The "A" antenna remains on the glareshield.
