View Full Version : How are flights in SkyLines scored?

Starting to play with Skylines, and wondering how the flights are scored. Seems to be very close to OLC classic (handicapped distance/speed), but not exactly the same.
I would be interested in using this for informal Club contest if I knew exactly is being scored and how.

Hi Kirk,
SkyLines is using the same scoring rules as the OLC currently does. 6-leg distance with 1 pt/km plus FAI triangle with 0.3 pt/km.

You may want to look at http://www.crosscountry.aero while you're at it.
Scoring of flights is according to FAI tasks (declared and free) as well
as OLC Classic Distance. A score handicap is calculated according to
task type, as explained here:
