Now with editable fields for 'permanent' information such as your name, tail
number, home base, etc., per request, and FREE at:

http://www.wizardofdraws.com/main/wxbrief.html

It has been tested in Acrobat 5 & 6. Please let me know of any problems you
may have with it, although I can make no guarantee that they will be
fixable.

A Canadian version is being worked on and hopefully should be available in a
few days.

Hi Wiz,

You know what would be really nice? A WAP based site that provides
aviation weather. My new cell phone has WAP capability through its
GPRS capabilities, and it would be way cool to type in an airport ID
and get the nearest METAR and TAF. Leave it encoded to reduce message
size. Perfect application for a cell phone screen.

That's already available. For metars send an email(text message works
too) to the following address. Put however many airport ID's you want
metars for in the subject line separated by a space.
For TAF's same deal except the email goes to The
service responds immediately with your requests.

Tony,

Send me an email and I'll send it to you for your comments before I post a

Bob, I'm an cartoonist that knows how to make a PDF with QuarkXpress. I
don't have any clue what WAP is. I hope you find the links from the other
posters helpful.

Yes, I was amazed (though shouldn't be) that my wish was already
available, free, from several WAP websites that others pointed out.
Many thanks to those of you that posted.
