TSA chief took audience questions at the AOPA expo. The entire video is
online. It is quite entertaining to watch. He got slammed by many people in
the audience. He didn't have an answer to a single question, just kept
saying he will look into it. Actually, I thought he was quite brave for
agreeing to take questions knowing very well that there was an angry
audience. I would encourage everyone to watch that video. It is on AOPA's
homepage.

It was really sad. It seemed to me like he was one of those well protected
people surrounded by yes men that lives in a vacuum...

If only he had a clue...
