Help!

I recently read an article which discussed Va. It spoke of how the idea of
Va as we pilots understand it - that we cannot break anything with control
movements if below Va - is incomplete, in that it doesn't take into account
multiple controls, multiple control movements, and the like.

But I cannot relocate the article!

Does anyone else remember it, and where it may be found?

Do a Google search, we hashed and rehashed this subject several times.

Yes. I was a part of that discussion. I even mentioned this article. But
I cannot find the thing, which is very frustrating.

[I won't say that I've reached the point of questioning my memory, but only
because I've long since passed that point.]

I'm not shure whether "we pilots" really misunderstood it. To me at
least it was always clear that Va doesn't mean you can deliberately
apply multiple control inputs.
