Christmas Gift Reccomendation Request

Hey all,

My son-in-law is a PP-ASEL with Commercial. He's been out of the
cockpit for a couple years. Like most of us, sometimes raising the family
climbs to the top of the time and $$ priority list. Lately, his job
situation is allowing him to regain currency.
What are your suggestions for an aviation related Christmas gift for
him for under $50.

If he rents from a local airport, see if the airport can issue a gift cert
for $50 worth of aircraft rental. It will be the perfect size too ;)

Well, a night in our "Thunderbolt Suite" normally goes for $59.95 per
night -- but your EAA, AOPA, CPA, or AAA membership reduces that to just
$47.95. (And we do gift certificates...)

True, it doesn't have a hot tub (it's our smallest suite) -- but it still
has a full kitchen, queen bed, and includes breakfast delivered to the
suite.

Oh, crap. Tax pushes it over the top to $53.71. You'll have to send your
regrets to the son-in-law...
