Anyone know where to find a TM for Army XM-76 antioscillation monocular?
Let's you read a license tag or roadsign from a helicopter.
I checked the logsa army.mil ETM site but not there.

Not sure what a TM is but what about using the more modern DSP based
image stablization in the camcorders you see everywhere? Might be
better than trying to repair a semi-custom piece of military gear.
