I priced out building one a few years ago and ended up making a rigid adapter from 2 CGA fittings, a high pressure T fitting, and a suitable pressure gage. Cost a lot less and has worked fine for me for O2 transfer for several years. I usually have the Q cylinder and the glider bottle laying flat so there is no strain on the adapter. Whether it would work for you may depend on the sizes and locations of the cylinders.

Try your local agricultural or welding shop. They can build you one
with flexible braided steel hose for about 20% of what you'd get from an
aviation supplier. Or do you breathe "Aviators Breathing Oxygen"?

Right. Going that route tomorrow unless someone has some clutter they need rid of. Almost invariably, I buy something not-quite-commonplace like this and within a week some friend says "Oh, I wish I'd known, I have one of those I don't need any longer...".
