Anybody have a suggestion for how to easily get at the valve stem on an ASK-21 main wheel without dropping the shroud? Would like to make checking the pressure part of our club's daily routine, but hard to enforce if we have to unscrew the main gear fairing every time. Thanks...

Marks on the tire and fairing. When they are lined up, the valve stem is pointed at the hole (you maybe have just added) in the fairing.

Our club and many others leave the shroud off permanently as it jams the
wheel when filled with grass. I do not believe there is a marked
deterioration in peformance.

We cut the fairing in half and added a splice plate bonded to the front half that has 3 nut plates per side to screw the rear half to the front. This makes it removable fairly easily.

Drill a hole in the fairing that aligns with the stem and use valve extender. Or remove it so you can truly inspect the tire/gear.
