Becker AR3201 Radio need help

My Becker AR3201 which has a serial #1934 which is pretty close to the year when it was produced :) worked so well until last week. The problem is the it is no out putting to the speaker - I can talk but can't listen.

Seems to work spotty especially when the battery is fully charged.

Anyone know where I can send it on the east coast? or have an opinion on whether it should just be replaced?

Erie Aviation in Erie, PA used to be an approved repair station for Becker avionics. I contacted them a few weeks ago because my AR3201 pooped out, too. They do no longer handle Becker devices and kindly referred me to Becker in FL.
