When someone has a more difficult question or need, it is instantly relayed to a specialist who knows the particular area in question. Their specialists often know what you need better than a company's direct support services and they will take the time necessary to make sure your needs are met guaranteed!

Depends on your definition of "instantly"
Tech Support for MickeySoft (first level) is in southern India - and
getting second level takes upwards of a week. Getting Redmond??? Good
luck
The majority of Tech support for computers in Canada and the US is
offshore now - India, Peurto Rico, and Ireland if you are lucky.
Most of them are call centers with a database (like Microsoft's tech
bulletinsystem) so you don't get any more answers than what's online.
