My Timex pocket watch from WallyWorld does this for $20... It also has
the Indiglo thingie, laptimer, alarm and is water resistant...

I agree with the Timex, I,ve got a $30 Timex Expedition wris****ch
that does all those things and is relatively easy to set, and has the
dual analog/digital time readouts.
