Some browsers don't recognize spaces in URLs or file names. And they
shouldn't have to, blank spaces don't belong there. Impossible to tell if a
link ends when a space is encountered, or continues. The clickable part of
the link above ends after "/heli" in my newsreader, so I copied the whole
line and pasted it to the browser. Worked fine then with Mozilla, and a
5884KB video started to download. That still wouldn't work with an older
Netscape browser though, due to the spaces.

A workaround is to replace each space with "%20"

I wonder what he was thinking doing that with other people on board?

I can tell ya prolly what he was thinking.
Ive done this many a time without anyone on board and can pull it off now.
amazing how many people were unawares just how close that came to being
a fireball.

check the MR to tail clearance on the slow motion. Lucky guys and gals
there.

Ok, what did you do with the parenthesis? All I got was audio, no video.

I'm not convinced he actually meant to touch down. I think he seriously
****ed up and got REALLY lucky. No reason would be acceptable for that sort
of flying at a public display.

Got it Kevin, Thanks!

Wow, talk about getting cocky! That's one "lucky" helicopter pilot. If
that guy doesn't own the aircraft, I bet he's praying that the person who
"does" own it, doesn't see this video! :-o

Anyone care to comment on what kind of preventive maintenance that bird
required after that little stunt?

Fly Safe,

There was absolutely no doubt in my mind he screwed it up from the very
first viewing. If it WAS part of the show, the organisers would've organised
their last show and they know that.

I'm sure you do Kev. Anyway, how long before your check ride? It must be
approaching faster than your sphincter can twitch:-)
