Wash DC's Notam is interesting to note as it specifically states basically
any type of unmanned remote controlled device is forbidden from flying in
the area.
Should I fly my drone in that restricted space, which law enforcement
agency has authority to cite me?
As I understand, only the FAA can enforce notam's.
If that is wrong, please educate me.
