My website at http://www.soaringdata.info also will do it.
- Go to the airports tab to access the query form
- Upload your .CUP file on the second line
- Check the checkbox for .KML companion file on line 4
- Type "Soar" into the required box and press Go.

FIY...

Lynn's cup file database this year has excellent details information from the FAA database. The advantage here is that you can get tower freqd, AWOS/ASOS weather frequency, and other airport information sometimes even the airport manager name and phone number. Most moving map displays allow one to display this which is handy when your paper map (if you have one) is not quite up to date... or as in my case a year or two ago, the worn out old fold on the maps obliterated the tower frequency.
