status of Yard Creek Soaring in Blairstown, NJ?

It looks like YCS is being offered for sale (p.58 of May '15 Soaring Magazine), and their website seems to be down ( http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/yardcreeksoaring.com ). Does anyone know anything more about what's going on?

Yards Creek Soaring is indeed moving on soon, though operations will almost definitely continue at Blairstown thereafter. Details will come later.
