How can I change my tower view?

Is there a way to change my tower view? I am interested in placing the
tower view as close as possible to the runway where I am landing or
taking off.

Will appreciate your suggestions,

Open the map view and drag the tower to where you want it.

Press F4 to bring up the map view, then using the mouse pointer drag the
little black picture of the tower to where you want it QED?
