Hi Sean

you can order one from streckenflug.at/shop. I have the 3L steel bottle from them and it fits perfectly in the 29. I'm sure they will ship it to the US. The thread is DIN of course, but adapters are available.

No adapter required as Mountain High sells a first-stage regulator
with DIN threads (of course you'll need a fill adapter)...
