The air evacuation vent, commonly known as the "NCAPEV" (patent pending) as produced by Dave Nelson is similar yet dramatically better than the "reverse NACA" vents installed by Jonkers and others.

David Nelson is an uber world-class glider craftman and not uncoincidentally, the disseminater of Magical Flying Frogs ("MFF's"). The MFF, if installed correctly, increases glider performance by 7-19%.

Any ship with a MFF or Nelson vent is worth at least what the seller is asking. Production of both items, sadly, is very limited. I believe Dave is hibernating in FL at the moment.

The Jonker vent is nothing like a "reverse NACA" vent.

Maybe someone's critical thinking process has settled down to a long
winter's nap.
