The QB's have been a select aviation organization in the United States for many many years. They are an honorary association whose members have all been "invited" to join the group. They count among their ranks most of the greatest aviators of our time.
They seek no publicity. They are not a "secret organization", merely a private one.
I'm not surprised you came up empty. :-))
