Are those round nacelles on the engine? Thought 24s had an horizontally
elongated nacelles.

That's probably a B-24A. The plane has a short nose, no tail turret, and
round (non-turbocharged) engine nacelles.

Consolidated B-24A-CO Liberator ( LB-30B ) with R-1830-33 1,200 hp
engines.


use of elliptical engine cowlings started with the D model and
R-2830-41 engines 1,200 hp with GE B-2 turbosuperchargers
