Hi,
I am moving to Northern Virginia and am having trouble tracking down
storage space that would fit a glider and be a reasonable cost. Any
ideas? Doesn't have to be with a club but that would be ideal.
Thanks for the help,
Chris

Hi Chris,
I am a member of Skyline Soaring Club (http://www.skylinesoaring.org),
and we are likely to be coming into quite a number of hangar slots
suitable for gliders late this year or early next year. If you are
interested in on-field hangars send me an email.
Mid-Atlantic Soaring Association (http://www.m-asa.org), has two
locations and may have hangar slots. Their Fairfield, PA site is
large enough that I'd say its certain they have tie-downs.
Since you mention MD and VA I assume you are not looking in central VA
but if you are looking further afield then consider Shenandoah Valley
Soaring (http://www.svsoar.org/), or Blue Ridge Soaring Society
(http://www.brss.net/). Both are established clubs with active
memberships and good facilities. They may also have what you need.
Hope that helps,
Richard Freytag
