Winning speed in the open class at Nephi today was over 113mph. Is this the fasted speed ever recorded in a contest?

Nope, we had 126 mph at the 15 meter Nationals in 2002 at Tonopah. Gary Ittner burned the gelcoat off on that task.

My bad, it was only 122 mph on the Practice day

A little dump task at region 4N (Newcastle, VA) is a ~120 mile ridge run which can be done in under 1hr dry.......
