Ping Buddy ADS-B Receiver and GDL 90/XC Soar Question

Does anyone have experience with this device? If so please comment.

Also has anyone been successful with getting XC Soar to accept a GDL 90 protocol so that one can use such a device whilst running XC Soar? This would eliminate the need to run a EFB and XC Soar on two different devices.

GDL-90? The only thing stopping that working is somebody spending time coding it. And it's not clear what you expect this to actually do.
