Schempp-Hirth - Discus bT (TCDS-No.: 863)
In-flight failure of wing structure. A manufacturing defect cannot be ruled
out at present.
Due to the a.m. defect of airworthiness, the Luftfahrt-Bundesamt has
legitimate doubts about the airworthiness of the aircraft and herewith
declares the aircraft unairworthy.
