US Competition Rules Committee Election

Congratulations to Bif Huss and David Coggins for being elected by our contest pilots to serve on the Competition Rules Subcommittee.

Bif will serve 4 years and David will fill the position vacated by Mike Smith which is the balance of his term ending next year.

Thanks to John Godfrey and Mike Smith for their service on behalf of all of our competition pilots.

Additionally thank you to all who participated in our annual poll and especially for your thoughtful comments. Poll results will be published soon.

Congratulations and big THANKS to Bif and Dave for volunteering for this role. Having had a chance to get to know these guys I am confident they will do a great job. This prestigious job will look wonderful on your resume guys 8-)

Also a big thanks to the current and past volunteers that filled these roles. While we all have our opinions as to the rules to me it is clear fact that everyone involved works their butts off, brings unique and great skills to the table and tries to be as fair as possible.

Looking forward to the results of the poll and potential changes and enhancements to the 2017 SSA competition rules.
