I need help moving a trailer from near Williams CA, to somewhere near Atlanta, GA in the next couple of weeks. Any chance there is someone that can help with this, either part or all of the distance?

I recently sent a ship& trailer from California to Georgia using U- Ship. Two good looking young men bid the job for $2000...........that's less than a dollar a mile!
Recommend you put your needs up for bid with U- ship.

Yep, that was Dieter and funny enough he diverted the delivery to my house at the last minute due to the timing. I set up the exact same thing on Uship for the same $1600 price. It was my suggestion that he try it, and it worked well for him, so now I'm doing the same thing. Pickup is Sunday so we'll see how it works for me. 2545 miles for $1600, I'm not sure after you pay gas, wear on the vehicle and hotel rooms how that works out. $.63/mile. When I flew from CA to GA I looked out the airliner window from 33,000MSL thinking no way am I driving that distance.

Interestingly I asked the driver about the cost. He says he was taking a boat out to CA from the East Coast and there are a lot of loads going that way. He said there a few loads going from CA to the East so it costs less - the $1600 in this case. But if we did the reverse route it would have been $500 more.
So he was just looking for a way to get paid to get out of CA.
either was a great deal for us. It arrived after just Sunday - Wed Morning and all is good. I can recommend this option. I can share the driver's info via private message if anyone is interested.
