I suffered a glitch at the Seniors Contest yesterday to my LX 8080: it would not finish a flight despite shutting down and restarting. An email to the technical department was answered even though it was Sunday evening, and it was as simple as entering a password to force the airspeed to zero.
This great service is in sharp contrast to service from other producers/products in the past.
