Viking Cygnet

I just purchased a set of Cygnet plans. Does anyone know of anyone
building
a Cygnet in the southwestern US? I'd sure like to see one before I get
started.
Also, does anyone know how to get ahold of the designer Bert Sisler? I
understand that he was planning to put a Jabiru engine in the prorotype
so
that he could have an electrical system. I am thinking about the Jabiru
for
my project and I'd like to know how his turned out.
