hey i was just wondering what kind of plane you guys use, i got a
combat wing, a Weasel, and i am deciding what kind of non-combat wing
i should try next. I have always seen people where i fly with the
light and fast type, which i think would be something i would like, so
anyway, i was just wondering what kind of plane you had and if it is
worth getting!
Thanks!

The right newgroup for R/C soaring is:
rec.models.rc.soaring
This group (rec.aviation.soaring) is actually for fullsized soaring.

I've got a Mosquito with a 50 cal in each wing. Had a bad firing
mechanism when I bought it. Shot down two tow planes before I got it
sorted out.
This winter I'm deciding whether to go with the minigun in the nose or a
missile system. Gliders are pretty stealthy, so probably the gun.
Test flew this

a couple weeks ago. The firepower is awesome, but it gives up a lot in
maneuverability.

I just installed heat-seeking myself. Can't wait to try it out.

Tuggies of the world unite!! Spray your ropes with glue and roll them in
crushed glass. Give 'em some slack and saw their wings off!
