View Full Version : OLC question

April 26th 17, 04:56 PM
My OLC daily score for the USA seems to be stuck on 22 Apr. I can find later flights by looking at specific regions of the US, but not the main US page. I have tried going through the SSA's website link to the OLC and get the same result. Is it just me, or are others having this problem, and if so what is the solution?

David,
This "issue" happened recently and it has happened again....Apparently, it is an OLC problem...I suspect they have watched "Groundhog Day" far too many times... Thx - Renny

Try switching to Worldwide and back.

Doesn't work for me. I do see that individual regions within the US show current activity (more recent than April 22) if you search by region.

Still not for me. It still comes up for 22 Apr. I can see flight added since then but only by going to each individual region.

Hmmm.....Well, we have apparently gone back to reruns of "Groundhog Day" and somehow April 22nd in the US keeps repeating itself...

We must break the cycle...Let's see, how did Bill Murray do it??? Perhaps we'll start using Kodak cameras and Winter barographs again....All we can do is try.....

There is one more thing we can do: email the olc team and bring this to their attention. I just did that.

No such problems over at http://www.skylines.aero
Skylines will show you your OLC score, as well as lots of other analysis & flight info. Plus it's fast and relatively friendly for mobile devices.

There is also http://crosscountry.aero/ which is by far the best online tool for uploading, analyzing and scoring your flights. It is also a replacement for your paper logbook. But OLC still remains the de facto resource since it is the official online contest and most popular.
