A woman in a flower shop apron sits down at the hairdresser
for a haircut and after it's done offers to pay.
The hairdresser says "that's ok, it's my first week here,
so all haircuts are free."
The next day when she opens the shop she finds at the door
a beautiful boquet of flowers.
A cop comes in for a haircut, and when he's done
he offers to pay. The hairdresser says
"that's ok, it's my first week here, so all haircuts are free."
The next day when she opens the shop she finds at the door
a box of donuts.
A glider pilot comes in for a haircut, and when
he's done he asks how much it is, and the hairdresser says
"that's ok, it's my first week here, so all haircuts are free."
The next day when she opens the shop she finds at the door...
a line of ten glider pilots.

It is my long-held belief that reality is much funnier than fantasy.
I have one friend that asked to borrow a quarter once to open a dzus
fastener. I gave him a penny.

Please forgive my ignorance, but I have one question: What is NDH?

Hi,
NDH is for "No Damage History". An elusive beast - often touted, but when
you look through the log book and ask questions you usually find that most
"classic" gliders have had major repairs at some point.
I've owned 2 gliders that had major damage in their past. They were very
nicely repaired. I had a lot of fun in them.

A tradition more honored in the breach than in the observance.
Or is it "breech?"

I have never worried much about damage if the repair was done by a
competent repair shop.

In some cases it should read NDDH, No Documented Damage History.
