Hi again,
Yep,I am trying to get these two %%#^&*@&&#**&(@# things to communicate.

Correct sentenses GPGGA, GPRMC, GPLX1, and LXWP_. are set.
4800 baud, winpilot serial port connected to the NMEA input.output cables,
GPS signal comes in fine in the Winpilot 4.61 Pro

Then I try to download a declared task from winpilot to the LX5000.Works
sometimes,
sometimes not.Even when it says 'download ok' I caanot find the task in the
LX5000 !

VERY scarce information in both the Filser manual and the WINPILOT manual
(it is
competition after all right ?..)

I should say that I tried FlywithCE downloader, that seems to work better !

Any help around ?
Many thanks

Try talking to LX Navigation who manufacture the LX5000 directly. In my
experience they are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Bruce
Try support at lxnavigation.si (.si is Slovenia)
