Not here. Checked with Unison and Hogwasher. For three day I have been
getting corrupted JPEGs from you.

Probably not.
I can confirm it's corrupt on Astraweb US and EU servers. The bad
news, since you're the originating poster and the copy you get back
from APN is corrupt, it means every other server in the world gets a
corrupt copy as well.
The good news, since its posting with Forte Agent through APN, Forte
should be willing to try to sort out the source of the issue. I know
it's inconvenient but the thing to do would be to contact support with
message IDs of some affected articles. (see below)
I can tell you three things. One, a large amount of white space has
been inserted at two points in the original post and two, encoded data
has gone missing.
Third, re-encoding the damaged image to UUE gives a file size of
254,044 bytes. Since the X-header your server supplied shows it was
279,542 bytes as received, I'd have to say it looks like HiWinds are
the ones who took a bite out of it, then "stored and forwarded" it.
(APN is just a reseller of easynews which is a reseller of HiWinds.)
X-Received-Bytes: 279542
X-Received-Body-CRC: 3083732181
If that turns out to be the case it may go a long way to explain the
recent spate of corrupt articles. Lots of so-called news servers are
simply resellers of HiWinds. Seeing it resolved would help those users
as well.
As always Forte Agent users have access to the most knowledgable
support of any news reader on the planet in its UseNet group.

For your convenience here are the other damaged articles I see from
posts on the same date. If you can confirm they are corrupt for you as
well it should be useful info to Forte.

Actually as an easynews subscriber you could notify them. As resellers
they're in the same boat as APN. Considering the size of the operation
at HiWinds those boys are going to have some figuring and maybe a
little hair pulling to run this one down. The sooner they get started
the better. My understanding is they only service corporate accounts
now so they would have to get the news from one of their resellers.
The same issue is showing up in at least one MP3 group through APN.
