Where do these dweebs come up with this lethal-radius-of-one-mile bull****?
It’s more like 150 meters (500 ft.)
10 KT would be lethal out to one mile...

I believe that at one mile the pressure wave would still clear your sinuses.

Like all VietN vets, I can remember B-52 strikes (aka 'arclights')...they could
be 40 miles away yet you could still faintly hear them in the distance.
Not sure but I think they were 2000 pound bombs.
