contact me if you wouldn't mind describing your experience. We'll be
starting off with our new winch and could use pointers from someone who
is very familiar with a Skylaunch and has a moderate amount of actual
experience and can help us come up to speed quickly and safely.

We have had a Skylaunch for several years and have just ordered a
second. You need to talk to Simon Lucas our winchmaster. You can find
him through and I'm sure he'll help you all he
can.
