Does the SSA Sailplane tracker have any other options for tracking other than Spot, inReach or the Cellphone app?

It wold be really neat to be able to use some other technologies for tracking (or use multiple trackers). In the past, I have played with several that have worked great. My first favorite is Ham radio APRS (http://www.aprs.org/). It works great, especially for flying and when you are high you can hit several digipeaters. Down low it becomes questionable. Second favorite tracking device would be my flymaster live that I have used for paragliding. The flymaster also links to livetrack24, wich could be a third option. There are so many third party trackers that use that service.

The Sailplane Tracker is a really neat tool. It could be really helpful if we had a few more tracking modalites to use with it.

Thanks,

Jonathan

Regarding APRS ported to the tracking page...

We were beta testing this ability last week at Nephi. Still some tweaks to make, but this ability coming soon* to the tracking page. Pedja already has hooks built into his nice code for expansion.

*soon is relative of course.
