Windows Phone to run SeeYou?

Now that Microsoft has merged it's mobile operating system with the desk top system, just wondering if any technology savvy pilot has put SEEYOU on a windows phone?

It won't run the desktop SeeYou Win 10 because that's an Intel X-86
program, while Win 10 Mobile runs on ARM.
