August 17th 17, 10:30 PM
One member of the rules subcommittee is elected each year in coordination with the annual pilot poll.
This year the seat held by David Coggins is up for election. This is a four year term.
Potential members are nominated by their SSA direct with nomination and supporting bio due no later than 9/15. Nominees must be on the pilot entry priority list. Nominations go to John Good, SSA contest board chair.
If you are interested in serving, contact your director.

David Coggins was the only nominee. He gets the seat.

My apologies to those that expected me to submit a nomination for Rich Owen.
I emailed the nomination to John before the deadline, but John never received my email.
Unfortunately, I did not follow up with John until after the deadline.
Thus, my mistake for not confirming receipt.
I will try to do a better job next time.
