Indeed!
What is strange is there doesn't seem to yet be an official report of his accident.

According to the AAIB website they are at the Consultation Stage -
investigation largely complete and draft sent out for comment.

That is good news indeed , since I typically would tell folks, who want to know more about soaring, to search for 'Balleka' on YouTube.

Balleka's videos are a gift to the soaring world. Many Sundays I fly rides at the local gliderport. I have had customers ask for a ride like Balleka's videos and I have had people ask for a ride like Bruno's videos. Terrible tragedy to have lost Matt.

Synopsis
Two aircraft collided in VFR conditions in Class G airspace; neither aircraft was receiving
an ATC service. The investigation concluded that neither pilot saw the other aircraft in
sufficient time to take effective avoiding action.

Was that not a different accident?

There were two accidents that day. I believe Matt was a winch launch accident.

For the avoudance of doubt I did not comment on the accident report but
merely gave the news that Matts video were back on Youtube See my original
post.
Posts have been 'snipped' to make it look like I commented incorrectly.
