View Full Version : Anyone having trouble upgrading firmware in an LXNAV s80?

I install the upgrade file on the SD card. I restart the S80. It asks me if I want to upgrade. I select upgrade. The unit shuts off and never reboots. I turn on the unit and the firmware is the same.
Any advice welcome.
thanks,
Matt

Contact LXnav support and they'll walk you through fixing it. I had issues with a broken LX9000 update and they send me some bits of software to put on the SD card to resolve the problem.
Great support. Unless you're willing to exchange emails during the day in Europe, it may be a multi-day process. Be sure to describe what you did and what you see precisely to avoid playing 20-questions :-)
