It was a wow day with one climb by QV, the weather man, at 18 kts over 3
thousand feet, ya, I mean wow. P7, as of now, smoked everyone at 92 mph DRY
in the 15 meter over a course of 268 miles. KS wins sports class at a raw 89
mph in his DUO, OE as of now is leading the standard, but 7V, says that this
was his best day ever and we are waiting his scores. It was good, I mean really
good, other then some late day virga that slowed down a couple, including 711.
Launch went a little slow until the pattern changed for the towplanes, then the
tow pilots really worked hard to get everyone up. We have only four towplanes
with one being stuck in Denver by weather. Charlie will be posting his reports
on the SSA web site, so 711 hopes you all enjoyed. . Fly safe, Soar high,
Thermal tight. # 711 reporting.

Tom

No reason to stop reporting, we appreciate your effort and now I know
what it must have felt like for those following us at Perry (weather
wise).

Wow.

Maybe that 34 hour drive (each way) woulda been worth it.
